Antioxidant Supercharged Green Smoothie
Ingredients
½ Large handful of greens (we use a combination of celery, kale, mint + spinach leaves)
¼ Green Apple (skin removed)
1 T Adashiko Pure, Ultra or Joint Collagen Powder
1 - 1.5 C of Coconut Water
½ Handful of Ice
A sprinkling of Chia Seeds
Serves 1
Method
Place all ingredients (except the Chia Seeds) in a blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into a glass
Garnish with a sprinkling of chia seeds
Antioxidant Blast Berry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
1 C of Frozen Mixed Berries (we love using a combination of strawberries, raspberries + blueberries)
1 Ripe Banana (frozen into chunks works best)
1 T Adashiko Pure, Ultra or Joint Collagen Powder
1- 1.5 C of Coconut Water (or your choice Almond, Coconut or Oat Milk)
½ Handful of Ice (if you’re not using frozen banana)
Serves 1
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into a glass
