Payment Options 

We offer multiple online payment options to make it as easy as possible for you to get your Adashiko Collagen Powders + Skincare. All of our payment gateway providers use the latest technology to secure + protect your personal + transaction details.

To purchase your Adashiko Collagen products simply add the product(s) you want by clicking ‘ADD TO CART’ + then ‘GO TO CHECKOUT’ if you’re finished shopping or simply click the ‘BUY IT NOW’ button on the product page.

Follow the steps to enter, or confirm, your contact + shipping details + then select your preferred method of payment:

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account it could not be simpler, just select this option + PayPal will take care of the rest!

Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use this option if you are more comfortable doing so, or if your credit card is not supported by our other options.

Credit Card

Selecting this option will take you to the Payment Express payment gateway, where you can enter + confirm your credit card options, as well as complete any additional security requirements requested by your credit card issuer.

POLi Internet Banking

Still not sure about ordering online with your Credit / Debit Card? Don't worry, you can still order your Adashiko Collagen Powders + Skincare ~ select the "POLi Internet Banking" option + you will be taken to the POLi Internet Banking Gateway where you can complete your purchase via a direct credit bank transfer from your account to ours.

AfterPay

AfterPay lets you receive your purchase now + spread the total cost over 4 bi-weekly automatic payments. Interest Free.

  1. Simply select Pay by AfterPay at checkout.
  2. Returning customers only need to confirm the order to complete the purchase.
  3. New customers can sign up at checkout + start using AfterPay today.
  4. Your order is processed immediately + your payment schedule is established.
  5. Only a quarter is due today + the rest is split over 3 bi-weekly automatic payments on the day of the original purchase.

LayBuy

LayBuy lets you receive your purchase now + spread the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments. Interest Free.

  1. Simply select Pay by Laybuy at checkout.
  2. Returning customers only need to confirm the order to complete the purchase.
  3. New customers can sign up at checkout + start using Laybuy today.
  4. Your order is processed immediately + your payment schedule is established.
  5. Only a sixth is due today + the rest is split over 5 weekly automatic payments on the day of the original purchase.

Shipping + Delivery

All items will be sent by a track + trace service via our courier provider within New Zealand. Delivery time within New Zealand is 2-3 working days (rural deliveries may take longer). All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours ~ after this time we cannot stop delivery. Orders received on weekends or Public Holidays are shipped the next business day.

Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct address details as we are not liable for delivery to an incorrect address. Should you enter the wrong address, Adashiko is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.

For purchases outside of New Zealand, Adashiko is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties + restrictions that vary from country to country + result from the importation of certain products. Standard post outside of New Zealand is not tracked + Adashiko take no responsibility for a parcel being misplaced or not delivered. Option of track + trace courier to Australia.
